    Banana French Toast  with Horchata Sauce 

    The day will have an exceptional taste with this French Toast recipe with the flavor and aroma of Horchata. A delicious choice for breakfast, brunch or dessert.




    • 6 thick slices solid bread
    • 2 eggs 
    • 8 oz milk 
    • 3 tsp sugar
    • Butter 
    • 1 tsp vanilla 
    • 2 sliced bananas

    Horchata Sauce 



    • In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk until combined.
    • Dip each bread slice in mixture one at a time,  make sure bread does not fall apart.
    • Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, fry each slice until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.

    Horchata Sauce 

    • Prepare Natura’s Horchata mix according to directions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 cups of 8 oz each)
    • In a blender, mix 1-1/2 cups prepared Horchata and cream cheese until combined.
    • Pour mixture in sauce pan and bring it to a soft boil. Remove from heat and set aside.


    To serve, add Banana slices on top of French Toast and drizzle with Horchata sauce.
