    Cheese Custard (Flan) with Hibiscus sauce 

    Cheese custard (flan) is a favorite dessert for most families, its flavor is ideal to pair  with Hibiscus sauce.



    • 1 bag Natura’s Hibiscus mix 
    • 2 cups crushed vanilla cookies 
    • 1-1/4 cup condensed milk 
    • 8 oz cream cheese 
    • Optional: Orange or lemon zest 


    Custard (Flan)

    • Mix crushed cookies and butter and press on the bottom of a pie pan . Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
    • Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until all lumps are dissolved . Add orange or lemon zest to taste. 
    • Pour mixture on chilled cookie crust. 
    • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. 


    • Dilute 4-5 tbs Natura’s Hibiscus mix in 8 oz water. Bring to boil stirring frequently until it’s reduced. Remove from heat and let it cool.
    • Drizzle cheese custard with sauce before serving.
