    Christmas Pork Loin with Tamarind Sauce



    • 1 bag Natura’s Tamarind mix
    • 1/2 chopped onion
    • 1 chopped garlic clove
    • 1/2 tbsp power ginger
    • 3 tbsp honey
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 5 tbsp oil
    • 2 lb pork loin 


    • Preheat oven to 360F
    • Prepare Natura’s Tamarind mix leaving it concentrated by adding less water ( Remember that each bag yields half a gallon)
    • In blender, mix 2 cups of Tamarind mix onion, garlic, ginger, honey, and chicken broth.
    • Heat oil in a pan and sear pork loin on all sides. Remove from heat when completely seared and put it in a plate to rest.
    • In the same pan where you seared the pork, cook Tamarind sauce steering constantly until sauce thickens.
    • Baste pork loin with Tamarind sauce and bake for 50 minuets or until completely cooked.
    • Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minuets to keep it moist .
    • Slice and serve each slice with Tamarind sauce on top
