    Horchata and Coconut Christmas Jello



    • 1 bag Natura’s Horchata mix
    • 3/4 cup concentrated Horchata
    • 1/2 cup cold water to dissolve jello
    • 5 tbsp unflavored jello
    • 1 can condensed milk
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (flakes)
    • 2 tsps cinnamon powder
    • 2 cups water 


    • Prepare Natura’s Horchata mix leaving it concentrated by adding less water ( Remember that each bag yields half a gallon)
    • Dissolve jello in cold water, mix and let it rest for 10 minuets.
    • Whisk by hand or with electrical mixer condensed milk, evaporated milk, concentrated Horchata, shredded coconut, cinnamon powder, and water.
    • Melt disolved hello in microwave in 15 sec intervals until smooth and no clumps and add it to the mixer.
    • Do not stop mixing while blending jello to mixer.
    • Grease a jello mold with vegetables oil, pour mix and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    • Unmold carefully and sprinkle with shredded coconut on top and serve.
