    Horchata Custard

    Desserts with Horchata’s incredible flavor and aroma, easy to make at home.



    • 1 bag Natura’s Horchata mix
    • 4 eggs 
    • 1/3 cup corn starch 
    • 1 lemon for lemon zest 
    • Cinnamon powder to garnish


    • Prepare Natura’s Horchata mix according to instructions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8 ounces each )
    • Dissolve corn starch in a glass of prepared Horchata 
    • Put 4-1/4 cups prepared Horchata in a mixing bowl, add eggs, dissolved corn starch, Mix well
    • Pour into a pan and cook at low heat, add lemon zest and mix for about 15 minutes until it thickens 
    • Remove from heat and take lemon zest out
    • Pour in custard dishes and let it cool. Put them in refrigerator until they set
    • Serve cold and garnish with cinnamon powder
