    Horchata Pudding 

    Pudding is a wonderful choice to have with a cup of coffee or for an afternoon snack. It’s so easy to make, and your family will love it with a taste of Horchata!



    • 1 bag Natura’s Horchata mix 

    • 1 lemon 

    • 3 egg yolks 

    • 3-1/2 tsps cornstarch 

    • 4 Marie biscuits


    • Prepare Natura’s Horchata mix according to directions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 cups of 8 oz each)
    • In a saucepan, add 2 cups (16 oz) prepared Horchata and lemon zest. Heat  until soft boil
    • Remove from heat and let the lemon zest infuse for 20 minutes. Remove lemon zest 
    • In a mixing bowl, mix egg yolks, cornstarch and infused Horchata 
    • Return to stove at low heat and stir constantly until it thickens 
    • Put each biscuit on the bottom of a dessert dish  and pour mixture in each dish 
    • Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
    • Serve chilled, garnish with cinnamon sticks
