Piña Colada Mocktail with Coconut Ice Cream

If you’d like to spend an unforgettable Valentine’s Day at home, make sure to prepare this Piña Colada Mocktail with coconut ice cream. This drink will set the mood to celebrate Love!

Ingredients: 

• 1 bag Natura’s Piña Colada mix
• 1 cup coconut ice cream 
• Sliced pineapple 

Directions: 

• Prepare Natura’s Piña Colada  mix according to instructions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8 oz. each)
• Add 3-4 ice cream scoops to an ice cream dish 
• Pour prepared Piña Colada on top 
• Garnish with a piece of pineapple
