Tamarind Jam

Using our mix in your kitchen gives you an opportunity to create new dishes, drinks, and snacks for the family. Using our Tamarind mix as a jam will give your  fruit or ice cream a different twist. Your creativity has no limits with our products.

Ingredients:

• 1 bag Natura’s Tamarind mix
• 1 plain jello package 

Directions: 

• Prepare Natura’s Tamarind according to directions ( 1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8 oz each)
• Bring 8 oz of prepared Tamarind mix to a boil 
• Add jello and stir until completely dissolved 
• Let it rest until it cools off. Refrigerate until it sets 
• Serve over fruit or ice cream
