    Traditional Fruit Punch with Hibiscus 

    Traditionally, Punch is served on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, during posadas, which start 9 days before Christmas. During these days of celebration, a steaming punch will always be hot and ready for your guests. Enjoy this recipe with the delicious Hibiscus taste.




    • Make Natura’s Hibiscus  according to directions (1 bag yields half a gallon or 8 glasses of 8 oz each)
    • Insert 10 cloves in each orange and cut them in fourths 
    • Add 10 cups of water in a saucepan and add the ingredients, bring to boil in medium heat and stir until the piloncillo is resolved and the ingredients are mixed well 
    • Reduce heat , cook in low heat stirring gently until all the flavors blend and the fruit is tender, approximately for 1 hour 
    • Remove from heat 
    • Add prepared Hibiscus 
    • Serve in mugs and add fruit 

    Punch can be served chilled or cold
