    White Spring Cocktail 

    Spring has sprung! It’s time to enjoy a taste of the season with a combination of horchata, Irish cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and a bit of chocolate! 




    • Prepare Natura’s Horchata mix according to directions (1 bag yields 1/2 gallon or 8 glasses of 8 oz each)
    • Grind the chocolate bar in a mortar and then pour it in a small shallow dish. Rim a glass with honey using a pastry brush and then dip the edge of the glass in the ground chocolate. Refrigerate glass after this process. 
    • To serve, pour the Irish cream, vodka, and 6 oz of prepared Horchata in a cocktail mixer with some ice cubes and share until the shaker feels cold. 
    • Serve in one of the chocolate rimmed glasses and enjoy!
